He covers architecture and design for global publications including Azure, Dwell, Wallpaper and Frame, as well as the newspapers The Globe and Mail, where he is a staff editor. Praised as an heir to McLuhan , Larry Gaudet has authored or co-authored six books, including two bestsellers: Safe Haven, a history of the sanctuary principle; and Into The Blast Furnace, a work of magic corporate realism. His body of work spans branding, marketing creative, corporate communications, literary expression, conceptual art and venture financing. Marianne McKenna is a founding partner of KPMB Architects in Toronto and an Officer of the Order of Canada.
