Healthy Eating Habits for Kids

Overview

What if your child could unlock real superhero powers... just by finishing their lunch? Meet Moon, a playful little girl who would rather dash outside than finish her healthy lunch. But skipping food comes at a cost-her superhero powers vanish, her tummy aches, and even playtime feels impossible! Together, Moon and her mom explore why eating right isn't just about finishing meals-it's about fueling your body, your brain, and your playtime! Perfect for picky eaters, this story transforms everyday mealtime battles into exciting superhero missions kids will love. Through playful dialogue, funny mishaps, and heartwarming moments, children learn that food isn't ""boring"", it's their very own superpower. This book is a fun, empowering guide that helps kids build lifelong healthy habits with love and laughter. Appropriate for children aged 4-8. Includes interactive ""missions"", easy-to-do recipes for kids, and a Healthy Eating Badge to celebrate little healthy superheroes at home!
