Author Information

Susan MacDonald is the founder of Inspiring New Perspectives, a consulting group focused on empowering school leaders and educators to create learning environments that deeply respect and nurture the possibilities that lie within each teacher, child, and parent. An author and professional speaker and coach, she is the past president of Boston Area Reggio Inspired Network and past vice president of the Massachusetts Association for the Education of Young Children. Nancy Toso is the founder and director of the Nancy L. Toso Consulting Group, committed to providing relevant and meaningful professional development to early childhood educators and leaders. She has been deeply involved with NAEYC, from establishing the Western Massachusetts affiliate to her current role as governing board member of MAAEYC. Nancy has spent the last thirty years developing and presenting professional development in a variety of settings locally, statewide, and nationally.
