"Suiko [酔狂] means ""Fool on the planet"" in Japanese Kanji lettering and Suiko embodies this in his dynamic and fluid artwork. His style uses irregular shapes, bold colors and cutting lines which work alongside his deconstructed Kanji letters. He fuses this calligraphic visual language with themes from Japanese wood-block printing and modern European graffiti.
