Sun Tzu was the ancient Chinese military strategist, philosopher and author of The Art of War, a timeless treatise on warfare and strategy. Serving as an advisor to the Wu leaders during the fractious Warring States period, his insights helped secure military victories for all who followed them. Revered for his profound understanding of leadership, tactics and human psychology, Sun Tzu's teachings continue to influence military and business strategists today. Takashi Momonari is a manga artist from Narita, Japan. He has illustrated several best-selling manga including The Rise and Fall of the Three Kingdoms and a two-part biography of Sun Tzu. Yoshihiro Watanabe is a professor in the School of Culture, Media and Society at Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan.
