Summer Jackson wants to be a grown-up—not someday but right now. Grown-ups wear fancy clothes, watch the news, and go to work at important jobs. What else is there to know So Summer throws on Mom’s blazer, reads Dad’s newspaper at the breakfast table, and meets with her second-grade clients during recess. Being a grown-up is a piece of cake...until Summer wants to go out and play. Summer Jackson: Grown Up is Teresa E. Harris and AG Ford’s hilarious story about one little girl’s discovery: Being a kid might not be so bad after all.
