Overview

The purpose of this report is to compile and analyze 2010 weather data relevant to SECN parks in order to: * Determine status, trends, and variability of precipitation, temperature and relative humidity over time * Determine the status, trends, and variability of derived weather data (such as frost days and number of days temperature more than 90 DegreesF) for SECN park units. In addition, data in this report may be used to help put other monitoring data into context. For example, droughts influence water quality and late hard freezes could affect amphibian community data, etc. Finally, this report summarizes 2010 weather data within a regional context and also puts that data into perspective against the long-term climatic record.
