Francisco Lara received his PhD from the University of Granada, and specializes in consequentialist ethics and applied ethics. Within the latter subject area, he has publisher articles and contributed to various books on the debate of animal treatment. He is currently a professor in the Department of Moral Philosophy at the University of Granada. Olga Campos is a researcher within the Department of Philosophy at the University of Granada. She defends moral rights of animals and her publications are the result of research on the inconsistencies of biotechnology developments.
