These children's Sudokus use the images to match, but your child only needs to recognize the images and decide what's missing. There is no math involved, and your child will be so proud when they successfully solve these easy puzzles in 4X4 blocks. Later on in the book there are slightly (but still children-rated) Sudokus that are 6x6 and rated as Easy, too, as well as an end section of 6x6 Sudokus rated as Medium. Included are also 9 rectangular easy mazes as well as an additional nine mazes which are also easy but created in fun shapes like Watermelon slices, Seahorse, and Cheese! Solutions are provided, of course and the entire book is just a lot of fun that won't bog your child down with unnecessary complexity. It's a great way for kiddoes to learn hand-eye coordination, number recognition, logic, and thinking ahead. Makes a great birthday gift, as well! Depending on your child, this book is suitable for children preschool through Kindergarten age, and perhaps first grade as well.
