Successful Project Management in Social Work and Social Care is packed with practical exercises giving valuable tools to social workers and project managers. -- Social Work Matters Project management has become increasingly important in social work and social care. This volume provides essential information and tools tailored for managers in social work. As we have to transform and change our services in response to different expectations and environments, I consider project management to be a core skill, necessary for all managers to enable them to meet these challenges head on. -- Adi Cooper, Strategic Director of Adult Social Services and Housing, London Borough of Sutton As a senior manager, I welcome this series of practical books specifically written about social work and social care management. They should be essential reading for all front line managers across any organisation or agency in social care. -- Adi Cooper, Strategic Director of Adult Social Services and Housing, London Borough of Sutton
