Prof. Dr. Thomas Rudolph researches and teaches as a full professor of business administration and marketing at the University of St.Gallen. As Director, he heads the Research Center for Retail Management based there. His research with his team focuses on the challenges of digital transformation and consumer Dr. Markus Schweizer systematically and empathetically thinks about business models and concepts from the customer's perspective. From the analysis to the workshop series to the anchoring on the ground - all from a single source.
