Fifty years later, as a Christian woman of God I still intentionally start my day in prayer and intercession. In 2020, during the pandemic, I began to daily walk and pray. This practice has changed the trajectory of my life. I pray as you read this book for 31 days, you allow the Lord to lead and guide you into purpose as you walk and pray his word back to him. The hardest thing to do is get started. I challenge you to start walking and praying for at least 20 minutes a day. Watch your paradigm shift towards a deeper commitment to God. Dr. Cecilia Denise Wilson Smith is an author, speaker, financial coach, entrepreneur, consultant, and spiritual leader.
