A world-renowned geriatrician and stroke physician, he has co-chaired the Australian Stroke Coalition and the Stroke Topic Working Group for the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care. Professor Lindley was also a Board Member of the National Stroke Foundation between 2006 and 2015, and chaired their Clinical Council.
