William Kraemer and Steven Fleck are two of the top strength training researchers in the world. William Kraemer is a past president of the NSCA and is currently editor of the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research. Steven Fleck is the former head of the Physical Conditioning Department for the U.S. Olympic Committee.
