The results suggest that the strategic actions and product innovations implemented were aligned to meet two main objectives: to increase the market share of the company's products and to offer a new or significantly improved product to its current market (current customer base). This alignment can be explained by the fact that the company sought to improve its products, while always respecting the business concepts of its customers.
