DAVID WALTERS is currently Professor of Management at the Sydney Graduate School of Management, University of Western Sydney, Australia. He was previously Head of the Business Department at Macquarie University and will be leaving UWS at the end of May to take up a post at Massey University, Palmerston North, New Zealand, where he will be introducing value chain management to a number of course programmes. MARK RAINBIRD is Managing Director of AWA Ltd, a computer service company operating Australia wide.
