Sheila Corrall MA DipLib MBA FLA MIMgt FRSA Sheila Corrall is the University Librarian at the University of Reading. She has worked as an information specialist, manager and consultant in public, and national academic libraries. At the British Library, her roles included policy and planning support to top management and responsibility for a portfolio of revenue-earning services in science, technology, patents and business information. She has served on committees and working groups of professional and government bodies and currently chairs the Information Services National Training Organisation, an employer-led body concerned with the education, training and development of information workers in libraries, archives and record centres. She has authored two books and many other publications, specialising in strategic planning, staff development and managing change.
