She has published in the International Journal of Mobile Computing and Multimedia Communications, International Journal of Web-Based Communities, EuroMed Journal of Business, Library Review, International Journal of Culture, Tourism and Hospitality Research, Journal of Vacation Marketing, Tourism Culture & Communication; and Tourism. She is also a conference chair of the International Conference on Strategic Innovative Marketing and Tourism. Stephen J. Havlovic is a Professor of Human Resource Management & Labour Studies at Laurentian University (Sudbury, Canada). Prior positions include Dean, Faculty of Management at Laurentian; Provost, Alfred State; Dean, SUNYIT School of Management; Professor, University of Wisconsin – Whitewater; and Associate Professor, Simon Fraser University. He received the “Canada Trust Distinguished Teacher Award” while at Simon Fraser. He is a member of the EPAS Committee of EFMD. Natalya Totskaya is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Management, Laurentian University (Sudbury, Canada). She has extensive professional and academic experience in Russia, where she obtained her Ph.D. in Economics. She participated in the Junior Faculty Development Program offered by the US Department of State, and she was a fellow in the Summer Research Laboratory on Russia, Eastern Europe, and Eurasia at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
