Lionel Spector is a man on a mission. As a child he viewed the world around him with awe and curiosity. Those qualities propelled him to make model airplanes, play organized ice hockey, excel at gymnastics and specialize as a Physical Education teacher. From humble beginnings in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, he launched himself to Ottawa, Ontario and then onto Mandeville, Jamaica and Zaria, Nigeria, only to return to Ottawa, Montreal and finally Thornhill, Ontario. His family supported his endeavors and learned that a life of service filled with genuine human interactions and connections leads to a deeply fulfilling existence. This book exemplifies the best of the human spirit --- it is a raw, honest and compelling read. Like Lionel's dad used to say: ""Keep your nose clean and show respect.""
