Author Information

Jos. A. Vitterito II MD is a practicing Neonatologist whose interests include Family Centered Care, Neonatal Pain Management, and Resuscitation of Extremely Premature Infants. He received his MD from Dartmouth Medical School in 2000, trained in General Pediatrics at Hasbro Children's Hospital/Brown University School of Medicine. He practiced as a Primary Care Pediatrician in Rhode Island for two years before returning to Dartmouth to complete a fellowship in Perinatal/Neonatal Medicine. Currently he practices as part of Maine Medical Center's Neonatal Intensive Care team.
