Jill O'Connor is a graduate of the Cordon Bleu Cooking School in London and studied at the International Pastry Arts Center in New York. After living in London, Japan, and Hawaii, always in search of the stickiest, chewiest desserts, Jill has settled with her family in Coronado, California.
