Overview

The word ""STICK-TO-IT-IVENESS"" represents my belief that success and happiness in life comes from ensuring that your life choices represent your values and putting those values into action on a consistent basis. I wrote this book with the goal of sharing the lessons I've learned along my journey to help younger kids as they grow up and face similar challenges. I am grateful for the mentorship I have received from a wide variety of people: my parents, sports coaches, music teachers, and many more I cannot even begin to name. I hope that the small resource of my book can help provide guidance through life's difficulties by sharing some of the lessons and coping strategies I've learned along the way. Don't give up.
