""Contributor Biography - English Magdalena Behmann studied law at the University of Konstanz. She passed the First State Examination in Law in July 2020 before the State Judicial Examination Office of Baden-Wurttemberg. Following that, she wrote her dissertation under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Oliver Fehrenbacher (Chair of Civil Law and Tax Law at the University of Konstanz), where she also worked as a research assistant. In May 2024, Magdalena Behmann received her doctorate from the University of Konstanz. She is currently completing her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Karlsruhe, with placements in Konstanz and Munich. Contributor Biography - German Magdalena Behmann studierte Rechtswissenschaft an der Universit't Konstanz. Die Erste Juristische Prufung legte sie im Juli 2020 vor dem Landesjustizprufungsamt Baden-Wurttemberg ab. Im Anschluss daran verfasste sie ihre Dissertation unter Betreuung von Prof. Dr. Oliver Fehrenbacher (Lehrstuhl fur Burgerliches Recht und Steuerrecht an der Universit't Konstanz), an dessen Lehrstuhl sie gleichzeitig als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin t?tig war. Im Mai 2024 wurde Magdalena Behmann an der Universit't Konstanz promoviert. Derzeit absolviert sie den juristischen Vorbereitungsdienst am Oberlandesgericht Karlsruhe mit Stationen in Konstanz und Munchen. ""
