Ashley Bauman is the president of Bauman Consulting Group, a criminal justice consulting firm offering engaging training workshops, expert technical assistance, supportive coaching services, and innovative products and resources. She has extensive experience working with agencies to redesign their approaches and implement evidence-based practices. Previously, Ashley worked as a research associate and adjunct professor studying women's pathways to criminal behavior and correctional rehabilitation. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati with dual master's degrees in criminal justice and business administration and is a board-certified coach. She has been published in criminal justice professional journals and has written many technical reports for government agencies. She resides in Loveland, Ohio with her husband and two daughters. Katie Coyne is the Project Manager at Bauman Consulting Group, a consulting firm that offers both trainings, workshops, coaching, and technical assistance to criminal justice agencies looking to redesign their approach as well as leadership and development for professional women. She has experience in organizational change, developing and delivering training to various criminal justice audiences, and management. Since being with BCG, she has focused on the re-entry process of criminal justice involved women - through re-entry workbooks and Pathways to Change. Katie holds a BA in Leadership and Organizational Studies and an MA in Communication Management, Learning and Development, both from the University of Denver. She lives in Atlanta, Georgia with her family. Erin Stark is a consultant with Bauman Consulting Group, a criminal justice consulting firm offering engaging training workshops, expert technical assistance, supportive coaching services, and innovative products and resources. She has extensive experience working with corrections in implementing evidence-based practices. Previously, Erin has worked the Oregon Department of Corrections in various positions in which she helped implement trauma-informed and gender-responsive practices within the agency. She graduated from Walden University with a master's degree in forensic psychology with a specialization in mental health applications and is a certified alcohol and drug counselor.
