When Mama brings Stella home from the shelter, she becomes part of a family. Stella still makes messes and mistakes, and sometimes her family cries, Stellllaa! Lisa Price is a retired high-ability teacher in Indiana. A lover of writing and reading, this is her first published book. She cannot remember a time when she did not have a dog and is passionate about rescuing. Writing this story came naturally for Lisa, as all of Stella's shenanigans in this book really happened! Lisa has three children and two dogs, Joey and Stella. Katie Jean Milburn is a Marine Corps veteran and Herron graduate pursuing her lifelong passion for art. When she's not sketching or painting, she enjoys hiking, reading, and scoping out new coffee shops. Although she's a self-proclaimed cat person, she also loves dogs and has two of her own at home. She hopes her illustrations of Stella's antics will make readers smile.
