Author Information

James Nelson is a commercial banker and real estate broker who spent much of his 40-year career financing Main Street America. He began his career as a federal banking examiner, which led to valuable experience as Acting Chief Credit Officer while working on a project with the FDIC. He is currently a member of both the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) and the National Association of Realtors.
