Sylvester Long spent 15 years in State Prison for second degree murder. He is currently a motivational speaker at all the schools in Detroit Michigan, as well as detention centers. He is married and the father of one daughter. This is the edited version from Sylvester's first book, meant for the school systems, to deter the youth of today from going to prison.
