Overview

Mental health issues are crippling and have been experienced by the majority of people in this world. Some of them receive help, whereas others are shunned. There are stigmas from having mental health issues that discourage people from reaching out and getting help. The purpose of this book is to spread mental health awareness, and it covers various experiences from my journey of mental health and personal insights which have allowed myself and others to cope with these experiences. The journey of mental health can shape us for the better and allow us to possess newfound strength. Those who suffer from mental health challenges should not be discredited, but encouraged to share their journey in safe spaces. We are continuously being shaped by the challenges we face daily, and it is up to us to reshape our reality for the better. This is my journey.
