He is the author of more than 200 articles, and, in 2004, was a Fulbright Scholar at Indiana University, USA. From 2013 to 2016, he served as Economic Advisor to the President of the Republic of Belarus and Chief of the Economic Department at the President’s Office. From 2016-2020, Dr Rudy served as the Ambassador of Belarus in China. He is currently a member of the supervisory board of Belarus Development Bank.
