Overview

This chronologically structured story has a non-persuasive, unassuming tone. The detail is crystal clear, simple and graphic, moving through a life painted with stardust and mud. The narrative calmly brings witness to all the cruel events of betrayal by those she trusts in and relies upon. But there is much hope to be harvested from these ordeals the reader will discover as the story unfolds. This Memoir describes what it's like to be homeless as a child and young person; to go through Sudden Infant Death Syndrome and to be at the mercy of the people who often betray. The writing style delivers an adrenalin rush with each new character along life's journey. They are described from a non judgemental point of view. There are so many bazar and obscure places and circumstances where the writer seeks safety intertwined by numerous divine interventions and moments of sheer beauty. It reveals the hapless conditions through which we all seem to survive.
