Overview

After decades of war, the WCN Stanton is tasked with its final mission as part of an escort group protecting the WCN Oscoda, a diplomatic transport ship carrying a delegation destined to end the global conflict. But mistrust and deception run deep on both sides, and before long the Stanton and her crew find themselves stranded at sea. Pushing their aging ship to its limits, Captain Delmar and Chief Engineer Vincent Travis struggle to work together to protect the delegation from their enemies, admit complex system failures and sabotage. Meanwhile, Tyler ""Straffer"" Hale grapples with his feelings of inadequacy as he and his fellow test pilots work together to try and get air cover to the stranded escort group. Their biggest challenge, the cybernetically enhanced pilot of Feather's Edge.
