Squirmy Wormy Goes to School

Overview

Squirmy Wormy was a worm who never quite fit in. Squirmy Wormy is thrilled for his very first day of school! He's excited to learn new things, play at recess, and make his first friend. But the moment Squirmy Wormy settles into his seat, he realizes there's a problem . . . he just can't sit still! No matter how hard he tries, he wiggles and squiggles and squirms-until the other kids begin to laugh. Confused and embarrassed, Squirmy Wormy wonders if he'll ever fit in. Will someone notice his struggle and help him find his way? Squirmy Wormy is a heartfelt, rhyming story about feeling different and discovering how a little understanding can make a big difference. Filled with playful language and gentle humor, it's the perfect read for children who have a hard time sitting still.
