Reviews

"""My daughter (age 5) absolutely loves Squinkle the Squirrel, it's her all-time favourite book. Fortunately, the rhyming verses also make it a delight for me to read, every night!"" Nicola East - mother ""I found the magic key! It took me ages but I didn't mind. I like the story too."" Lewis (6) ""The book is an absolutely winner. The illustration style is softer than most which makes it a lovely calming bedtime read for my easily over-stimulated son. The lovely lilting rhyming verses are a great way to get the important message across, which really sunk in with him."" Sarah - mother of Noah (8) ""These books are sure to become classics, they are timeless lessons taught beautifully."" Philippa - teacher"

Author Information

Having worn many hats in life - wife, mother, employee etc. Christine is now retired and finally pursuing her own passions as an artist and author. The Inkle World series came about as a distraction from illness, and her daughter Katharine decided it was too good to bury on a shelf so set about turning the original watercolour illustration into graphic artwork and putting the tales out into the world. Thankfully well now, Christine hopes her animal adventures will brighten the day of many young children and the INKLE (Inspiring, Nurturing, Kind and Loving Energy) vibe will spread far and wide.
