He then began withholding his poos and we have had trouble with this ever since. I started following Dr Kate on Instagram and could really relate to all of her reels so decided to purchase all 3 of her books. They are amazing!!! This book has encouraged my son to finally sit on the toilet and relax while sitting on there instead of constantly insisting he doesn't need a poo even though one eventually plops out: ) - highly recommend this book: ) Don't hesitate -This book has got us on track again after only 1 game and I'm so grateful to have it in our back pocket if we hit another bump in the road! This book really helped our youngest to show an interest in potty sits! Squiggy says and the treasure hunt are her favourite games-as well as adding stickers to the book! My child lost interest in trying to learn and understand what they need to do when it comes to the toilet environment. Lots of games to make it a fun experience rather than a daunting one. Author InformationDr. Kate McGarry is a Developmental Psychologist who gained her Ph.D. from the University of Birmingham in 2014.
