Eliza Elbaum is a 16-year-old author and artist from Port Washington, New York. She grew up attending many sporting events with her dad, where she learned firsthand how sports can bring people together across different backgrounds and beliefs. In addition to spectator sports, she plays tennis, basketball and flag football. Sports Fans is her debut children's book, which she both wrote and illustrated.
