His specialist experience in sports facilities design dates back to 1990 when, as a Structural Advisory Engineer with British Steel, he was asked to take a leading role in marketing the steel industry's products to developers and designers of the new generation of all-seater stadiums. John Pascoe is a content editor (electromechanical) with Electrocomponents plc. He previously worked with Arup (1979-2002), Constrado (1978-79) and British Steel (1972-77).
