He is the author and editor of numerous books on topics in religion and ethics including The Cambridge Companion to Christian Political Theology (2015).Myles Werntz received his PhD from Baylor University, USA, and is Assistant Professor of Christian Ethics and Practical Theology at Logsdon Seminary, Hardin-Simmons University, USA, where he holds the T.B. Maston Chair of Christian Ethics. He is the author of Bodies of Peace: Nonviolence, Ecclesiology, and Witness (2014), and the editor of three other books in theology and ethics.John B. White received his PhD from the University of Edinburgh, UK, and is Assistant Professor and holder of the Harold and Dottie Riley Professorship in Practical Theology and director of the Sport Chaplaincy/Ministry Program at George W. Truett Theological Seminary of Baylor University, USA.
