Overview

Back from their adventures on Zorglub's lunar base, Spirou and Fantasio find themselves in a new pickle. Spirou Magazine is being sued for immorality and irresponsibility. The punitive damages bleed the coffers dry, and the two reporters have no choice but to sign a contract with an American corporation, the Viper, to bail the magazine out. But Spirou soon discovers that they've been tricked, and that in one stroke of the pen, he may have signed away his whole life!

Fabien Vehlmann got into comics by flooding Spirou Magazine with proposed scripts until he was accepted. Since then he's proven his mettle with such hits as Alone, Green Manor, IAN, The Marquis of Anaon and a Spirou one-off, before becoming in 2009 the new official team for Dupuis' flagship series with Yoann. Yoann is a French artist, with training from the Beaux-Arts school and the Centre for Comics Arts in Angoulême, and illustrated many series including Toto l'ornithorynque and Donjons Monsters.
