Teddy Sabutey is a well-known freelance film and television producer in Ghana. Trained on-the-job since 1983, Teddy has worked in various capacities as a production runner, production assistant, location manager, fixer, production manager, researcher, line producer in many local and foreign production outfits, including, Paramount Pictures, BBC, CNN, CBS, Afripique production, Box Office Productions, to name a few. He is currently a producer at ASB Production limited-Ghana. While working and acquiring knowledge over the years in the film and television industry, Teddy had the opportunity to participate in a couple of capacity building workshops including ""Producers Workshop"" organized by Script-net UK and sponsored by Bournemouth University, in 2004. Teddy also took part in a Michael Hewitt-Gleeson`s School of Thinking online program in 2008, as well as The Institute of Professional Investigator`s course from 2011 to 2012, which contributed to building his professional development in the Film and Television industry. Currently in production since 2020, is a 45 minutes television drama series for ASB Production Limited, as the producer.
