Even in these days of modern scepticism it has taken on a fresh lease of life, and the activity and growth of Christian Science alone is sufficient to show that there is a vital tenacity about Spiritual Healing which defies the assaults and even the indifference of widely differing ages. The cause of that tenacity, and the place which Spiritual Healing occupies in promot ing, or it may be in hindering, the well-being of man, it is the purpose of the following pages to set out. We may start with a definition of what Spiritual Healing is, and then proceed to marshal the evidence in support of our a priori definition.
