Spilled Ink is messy. It's sloppy, it's full of ups and downs, it's full of chaos, and it's authentically me. This poetry collection is from years as early as 2018 when I was grappling with multiple eating disorders, mental illness, feeling lost, and so much more. It's dark and then you turn the page and it's uplifting again. This book will send you through a loop, but I hope that it reaches the hearts of some of my audience out there and shows at least one person that they are not and never will be alone in the battles they are fighting.
