Overview

Jeanie Miller is a twelve-year-old girl and a senior in high school who has long struggled to fit in with both those her own age and her older classmates. When her family is forced to relocate after her father, a defense contractor, is transferred, Jeanie sees the change as an opportunity to finally make friends her own age. She immediately befriends her new next-door neighbors, Jimmy and Annie, twins that are also twelve.
