By the end of 2022, the British media's vitriol towards Meghan Markle had reached a new low. Largely in reaction to her Netflix documentary with husband Prince Harry, an abundance of cruel and nasty comments were written in some of the UK's most popular publications. This book examines the mechanisms behind how the narrative and spin projected onto Meghan Markle has got so out of hand. It provides an exploration into the function and motives of the British media, and compares the way in which their approach is at such tremendous odds with all of the wonderful things that Markle has achieved in her lifetime. A British citizen, she lives in a small town in the South East of England.
