Jenny is a science graduate who now works as an author and editor in publishing. Having written the bestselling STEM Starters for Kids series for b small, Jenny has also worked with Laura Dockrill and written for Sarah Beeny. Born in York when fast trains were yellow and blue, The Boy Fitz Hammond now lives in Edinburgh. He has worked with various clients including Oxfam, Shelter, BBC, Honda, Microsoft and the Barclays Premier League. His illustrations have also been used by many editorial, educational and publishing clients across a diverse range of titles. Vicky Barker is b small publishing’s creative director and a Blue Peter Book Award winning illustrator for Real-life Mysteries. Vicky Barker graduated from Liverpool John Moores University and has designed and illustrated for publishers such as Usborne, Egmont and Catnip.
