Author Information

Amy and Beth Steele raise money for www.mariecurie.org.uk whenever they can in memory of their mother, Michelle, who passed away from cancer in late 2016 at the Marie Curie Hospice in Edinburgh. Cooking was something they all loved to do and with the help of their uncle, Colin Simpson, the sisters have launched this book as part of their fundraising efforts. Amy is 17 years old and lives in Edinburgh, Scotland. She loves animals, particularly dogs and is currently employed in a bank as a customer service rep. Amy also enjoys good healthy food. Beth is 19 years old and has just commenced a new career as a flight attendant based in Bulgaria. Beth loves horse-riding, photography, and travelling. Colin is a professional cook and former restaurateur who resides on the beautiful coast of Southern Maine in New England.
