Sound It! Develops auditory discrimination of the sounds of the consonants and vowels and builds a strong foundation for listening, speaking and reading skills. Non-readers will find success while training with specific consonants or vowels in isolation and in words. Acquaints children with the sounds of the letters, provides ear-training in sound differences and gives practice using the correct sounds of standard English. Activities include games, listening exercise, and riddles. Especially useful for individual and small group learning.
