Lillian M. Easterly-Smith's desire and passion are to see Christ followers walk in maturity, wholeness and the abundant life He has promised to all who believe in Him (John 10.10). She believes this can be found as we help others remove the various life challenges and hindrances to fully trusting and surrendering to the Lordship of Christ. Lillian is the Founder, Executive Director and Care Pastor of LifeCare Christian Center, with care ministry experience spanning over more than 25 years. She has served on various Boards, led support groups, led worship, organized retreats, and taught in many workshops, seminars and classes. She has served as speaker, teacher and leader of programs, ministries and groups as well as counselor to individuals and couples. She has volunteered and been employed at four major churches where she oversaw the development of Care and Discipleship Ministries, and she has developed and published various care ministry training materials.
