Hiro's world is shattered when he is told the new truth, the government killed his parents and altered their technology to turn them into weapons. For the past sixteen years, they have been working to find individuals capable of piloting the advanced armoured suits and now they believe their search is over. If the Japanese government succeeds they plan on unifying what remains of the world under one flag. Hiro now has a choice to make, the Mach he was given was locked to his parents' DNA, making him the only one who can pilot it. But facing off against the unlimited resources of the government could mean losing his life and the lives of anyone he cares about.
