Reviews

I did not expect that an e-book would impact me this way. I had thought I'd get to a few pages now and then. However, *Soul Alignment* has actually brought me to a standstill in a way that I wasn't aware that I needed. And I've found myself gazing at my screen, feeling my chest lock up because I've not actually sat down and listened to myself as much as I've simply pushed through. This book is about *communication*, but not the way we think of it when we use the word. It's about the quiet conversations in our heads that we try not to have because they're painful. After all, they're truthful because they require us to acknowledge when we're exhausted, when we're disconnected, when we're out of sync with who we are. ""Some of these prompts have been comforting, like being understood. Some of them have been heavy. There have been moments when I've felt like I couldn't continue answering these questions, as if they've hit too close to home. But I pushed through anyway and am so glad."" The experience was intimate. It was personal. It was as if someone was gently but firmly telling me, ""You can't outrun yourself anymore; sit down and listen."" There was no sense of being told one had to be positive, fixed, or healed. It was simply a sense of being present and real. This is no quick-fix, read-once-and-forget-about-it kind of self-help book. This one stays with you. It brings things up. It reminds you that it all starts with telling yourself the truth, even if it is about something you don't like. If you're lost, overwhelmed, emotionally shut down, or just plain tired of pretending you're fine, trust me when I tell you, this book is right where you are. And it's not in a hurry to leave, and sometimes the most potent communication is simply to be heard. This by far the best book I have ever come across to help will any type of realigning one's soul. The easy to use and understanding question and guidance give clarity and helps redirect ones purpose... Highly recommend this book.
