A graduate of West Point, Mike served in the 24th Infantry Division in Munich and the 25th Division in South Vietnam, and with the joint/combined command in South Korea, West Point, Ft. Stewart, Georgia, Ft. Buchanan, Puerto Rico, and Ft. Eustis, Virginia, where he retired from the Army. Along the way he earned a master's degree in engineering from the University of Michigan. Mike lives with Sandra, his wife of over fifty years, in Mt. Dora, Florida. Shawn Compton is a professional voice actor and audiobook narrator.
